When my water pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom and flooded my entire downstairs, including kitchen, family room, dining and living rooms, I expected the worst in trying to get repairs made. In my opinion, I would recommend Air Quality Restoration and your workers, especially Mike, to anyone that wanted quality worked done in their home. I did not see anywhere where corners were cut, or where perfection was not the most important part of the job. It was actually a pleasure doing business with Air Quality Restoration. You stayed true with your estimates for the entire job and strived to work with me for changes requested by us. Proof of insurance and certifications was provided without question; you even gave me the grand tour when I "dropped by" you offices unannounced. I have recently become acquainted with your company due to a real estate deal involving the selling of my home residence. The buyer of my home requested a mold inspection which involved your company to read and assess the results. Due to a number of very critical and time sensitive events, I required a very quick turn around in getting a qualified mold remediator out to my residence within 48 hours or the deal would have been lost.
Thanks to Frank Petrullo, he was able to respond to my immediate questions and within 24 hours perform an onsite inspection and assessment of the situation.
